Turning 65? We Can Help You Enroll in Medicare!

  • Get assistance applying online through the Social Security Administration (SSA) for Medicare Part A and Part B.

  • Get help checking your eligibility for the Medicare Savings Program (MSP) and applying. If eligible, the state may help pay your Part B premiums.

Important Changes to Apple Health(Washington Medicaid)

  • Starting October 2026: Enrollment and continued coverage will be restricted for certain immigration statuses.

  • Starting January 2027: Adults ages 19–64 will be subject to a work requirement of 80 hours per month and must renew coverage every six months.

  • If you do not qualify based on income, you can explore other health insurance options and enroll through Washington Healthplanfinder.
