Senior and Adult Service

 

Community Living Support Connections provides short-term and / or crisis intervention to help meet the needs of low-income, and limited-English speaking adults and seniors who have difficulty accessing resources and assistance. We assist clients analyze complicated forms and apply for public benefit programs such as Security Supplemental Income (SSI), Medicaid, Medicare and other health insurance options, Basic Food, Energy / Utility assistance, senior housing etc.For clients who struggle with English, we help prepare documents for these programs as well as facilitate communication with the relevant authorities.
